A Practical Intro to Visualization, Santiago Lombeyda PART 2
For the second week of our E-science course, we will be focusing on scientific visualization. We will be covering:
- visualization pipeline, system requirements, and bottlenecks
- basic multi-dimensional info-vis techniques
- demo of three visualization systems (vtk, paraview and visit),
- basic image and movie generation
- novel and advanced visualization techniques
